I have been kicking around the idea of starting my own channel on YouTube. I just don’t know what to do. I am a fairly talented mechanic/Technician. But there are many channels dedicated to anything automotive.
So, what should the channel be? How do I get started? I have so many questions on the topic. I really only want to do this so I can be independent and not reliant on someone to be generous enough to give me a job that they could take back at any time they wish. I no longer want that for myself.
I don’t mind the idea of being gainfully employed, I just don’t want that to be the only source of income. I have to get something going soon.
After just one day out in the job market, I have at least one offer and two more interviews. I know that you should probably not just go for the first offer, but I like the idea of small. No corporate policy to tiptoe around sounds fantastic.
I still want to build my own brand and have a channel where I can become completely independent. I have found after this weekend, I have to. You just cannot rely on others for your living.
